This is where I started to see what I believed were serious issues at Freshco regarding fairness and leadership. From my perspective, favoritism influenced rewards and opportunities, and when I spoke up about it, I was met with hostility, including being shouted at, insulted, and threatened with my position. Even after that, I continued working professionally, but I was eventually removed from the team, which I believe was linked to me raising concerns.
