I served as a Support Director at Freshco, and what I witnessed during my time there completely changed my understanding of leadership and integrity. From my perspective, the company was driven by favoritism instead of fairness. People close to Lyubomir were consistently rewarded, promoted, and protected, while everyone else was expected to stay silent, follow orders, and work for their benefit. Merit no longer seemed to matter, loyalty to the right people did. One situation that deeply disappointed me involved the internal application process. In my view, one individual deliberately took control of nearly every application to maximize personal recognition and leave nothing for the rest of the team. Instead of encouraging teamwork, the system appeared to reward selfish behavior. I refused to stay quiet. Whenever I saw something I believed was wrong, I spoke up. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, Lyubomir reacted with anger. I was shouted at, threatened with losing my position, and repeatedly insulted. I was called stupid, dumb, motherfucker, and other degrading names simply because I questioned what I believed to be unfair treatment. Despite all of this, I continued doing my job to the best of my ability. I refused to compromise my principles for personal gain or to remain silent in the face of what I believed was injustice. After that, I was banned because I was supposedly annoying the entire staff team. This statement reflects my personal experience and my honest opinion based on my time at Freshco. No employee should have to choose between keeping their integrity and keeping their job.
